A vueltas con el resumen diario de Robo.cash

Vosotros entendeis el resumen diario de Robo.cash? A mí no me salen las cuentas al configurar la plataforma en modo Payout.
Al preguntarles me dicen que se debe a que esperan a que hayan 50€ para enviar. Pero el efecto es que las cantidades que llegan a mi banco no se parecen en nada a las que he recibido, lo que me hace imposible el seguimiento.
Además suele ocurrir que el capital más los intereses no son lo que me envían aunque el saldo final de la cuenta es cero.
Resumen: esto hecho un lío con Robo.cash

Por qué no acumulas el capital en el balance de la plataforma y luego lo envías a tu cuenta? Así sabes en cada momento cuánto envías...

Es una opción, pero no me llegaría tan rápido el dinero a mi banco. Lo que comentas en realidad justifica que la funcionalidad de Payout no está completa si no dan la transparencia suficiente para aclarar la relación entre las cantidades que llegan a la cuenta de Robocash y las que llegan a mi banco.

No sé decirte porque nunca he probado la forma que usas tú. Sólo te comento que es lo que hago y así tener más control sobre lo que envio para comprobar luego lo que recibo.

Para ser más exactos, no tiene sentido que la cantidad que aparece en "Withdraw funds" para un día no sea igual a la cantidad que llega al banco días después. Esto lo he comprobado para todas las cantidades en varios días sucesivos.

Sin haber tocado aun robocash, puede ser q la discrepancia entre importes sea debida a cambios de divisa??

Hola, tras mucho preguntar a Ekaterina, he obtenido las siguientes aclaraciones:

Mensaje de

1. There are four investment options in the portfolio: "balance", "payout", "reinvest full amount" and "reinvest principal amount".

“Balance” option means that money (invested+interest) will be withdrawn from the portfolio balance to your investor’s balance after loans are closed. Then you will have to wait until the sum reaches the desirable amount and withdraw it to your bank account by clicking the "withdraw funds" button in your summary page.

“Payout” means automatic withdrawal of funds (invested money+interests) after loans are closed straight to your bank account when their amount is no less than 50 EUR.

“Reinvest full amount” will allow you to reinvest your money (principal amount + earned interest) automatically, in order to keep it always at work and earn more.

“Reinvest principal amount” will allow you to reinvest only principal amount, and earned interests will be transferred to your investor’s balance.

2. If you deactivate your portfolio, the "payout" option is chosen automatically, that's why the withdrawals of different amounts start to form, which you can see by clicking the "withdraw funds" button in your summary page. Therefore, you can either choose the "payout" option in your active portfolio (if you want to withdraw part of the money, for example, and then to change the option), or you can deactivate the portfolio, and the payout will be chosen automatically, which will allow to withdraw all your money to your bank account over a period of time (until all loans are closed).

3. The reason why this sum was transferred to your investor's balance is that at the time you deactivated your portfolio, your money haven't been invested yet and was staying on your portfolio balance. After the portfolio was deactivated, funds were transferred to your investor's balance in order you to have possibility to withdraw them.

4. The difference between choosing the "payout" option and portfolio deactivating isn't significant, but if you choose the "payout" option instead of portfolio deactivation, your uninvested money from your portfolio balance won't automatically go to your investor's balance.

5. Money, which is invested in loans at the moment, will be available to be withdrawn to your bank account as soon as your loans are closed. It can take some time, because loans have different terms, and part of them can be in overdue (so the buyback will be implemented on the 31st day of the overdue, and you will get your income for the days of the overdue as well).

Finalmente, revisé los fondos que me llegaron mientras tuve la opción "Payout" activa y todo cuadraba perfectamente...¡tan solo es entender los detalles de su funcionamiento!
