Yo tuve un problema con ellos hace unas semanas. Era un reintegro de cierta importancia. Me paralizaron el pago aduciendo que me faltaban una serie de requisitos para completar mi perfil. Una vez los hube completado me transfirieron el dinero.
Desde luego es un poco preocupante la tardanza en los reintegros que veo que les sucede a otros compañeros del foro.

Por lo que leo parece que el problema de los reintegros se debe simplemente a que no habéis pasado el KYC, ¿correcto?

12 días ha tardado en llegarme a mí una transferencia desde Grupeer, desde el 11 de abril la recibí hace un par de días
