Es preferible que hay un retraso en un proyecto que te paguen puntualmente siguiendo un esquema Ponzi como hacía Envestio. Estamos mal acostumbrados. Lo normal; es que pueda haber algún impago en un proyecto alguna vez.

Por supuesto, y lo normal es que informen y respondan a los emails

Si tenemos en cuenta que han habido 2 quiebras fraudulentas, que estas plataformas son totalmente opacas ( por eso pasa lo que pasa ) ,que ni siquiera se molestan en contestar a sus clientes, la guinda la pondría que los proyectos encima resultasen impagados.

So we are all in the same page, I will give some brief info about the project before I comment the current status.
So the Borrower is owner of real estate and carrying out reconstruction works. When works are commissioned, grocery store operator Maxima (which is leading chain in Baltic States) moves in. The lease agreement was signed before fundraising.
The reconstruction works by Borrower have been finished and the relevant documentation has been submitted to Construction Authority. In couple of days it is expected to be officially commissioned and Maxima will be allowed to move in.
Borrower has some offers from local banks for a longterm debt.
Also we have approved and would be very happy to issue a potential new bridge loan to Borrower, if he will have some delays with bank, when we have received Act of commissioning from Construction Authority.
In next couple of days we expect to have an understanding - the loan will be refinanced by bank or there will be a new bridge loan campaign on Crowdestor with a term 3-4 months and a rate of ~16%.
